Chinese medicine offers a variety of treatment methods. At Tenchi, I begin by focusing on identifying the root cause of your symptoms in accordance with the theory of the five elements. It is important for the patients to understand the root cause of their symptoms so that they can play an active role in restoring their health.
I prefer gentle methods such as Oran Kivity’s Manaka method. This is a minimally invasive technique that identifies and treats abnormalities in the deep structures of the meridians, enabling the body to regenerate itself from within. Working with reflex zones is a very good option for localised and/or musculoskeletal complaints. For long-standing and entrenched behavioural patterns, it is also helpful to use Constitutional Meridian Therapy. Or the method best suited to a specific condition.
